Getting pre-approved helps define your price range and strengthens your position when making an offer. I can also connect you with trusted local lenders who specialize in first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and new construction financing.
Step 3: Home Search & Showings
Once you’re pre-approved, we begin touring homes that match your criteria. I help you evaluate neighborhoods, resale versus new construction options, and potential resale value—so you don’t just fall in love with a house, but make a smart purchase.
Step 4: Writing & Negotiating the Offer
I guide you through pricing, contract terms, inspections, and contingencies. Strong negotiation is critical, and my experience helps protect your interests while positioning your offer to win.
Step 5: Inspections, Appraisal & Due Diligence
During this phase, I help you navigate inspections, negotiate repairs if needed, and ensure everything stays on track through appraisal and underwriting.
Step 6: Closing & Keys
I coordinate with the lender, title company, and all parties involved to ensure a smooth closing. On closing day, you receive the keys—and I make sure there are no surprises.
