My Story
The agent who treats your

I’m Bryan Bechler, an Associate Broker with Compass Realty Group, serving buyers and sellers across the Kansas City metro in Missouri and Kansas. Since 1993, I’ve helped clients with more than 1,500 home sales, including residential resale, new construction, relocation, and moves that involve selling one home and buying the next.
My sales experience includes Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, Harrisonville, Parkville, and other Missouri communities, as well as Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood, Lenexa, Shawnee, and Prairie Village in Kansas. That experience across both states helps me put your next move in context while focusing on the details of your property and neighborhood.
My approach is practical: understand your goals, review the relevant market evidence, and build a plan around your timing. For sellers, that means preparation, pricing, presentation, and negotiation. For buyers, it means comparing homes, understanding tradeoffs, and coordinating the steps from an offer through closing.
